Rules for safe weight loss with Ayurveda

Always eat cooked food, not raw. Cooking replicates digestion and for people with weak digestion, cooked food is always easier to digest.
Eat every 4 hours and eat until you are 75% full.
Eat slowly. No gulping food or air.
Eat mindfully. Keep phones, computers, TV switched off mode. Think of it like the time when your flight is landing. Watching media while eating will cause disturbance to your digestion.
Eat with your hands. Your fingers help absorb the five elements of food.
